Can you imagine if this guy were, say, Tom DeLay's nephew?
Wolf Blitzer would have shit a brick.
MURTHA'S NEPHEW GOT DEFENSE CONTRACTS
By Carol D. Leonnig and Alice Crites
Washington Post Staff Writers
Tuesday, May 5, 2009
The headquarters of Murtech, in a low-slung, bland building in a Glen Burnie business park, has its blinds drawn tight and few signs of life. On several days of visits, a handful of cars sit in the parking lot, and no trucks arrive at the 10 loading bays at the back of the building.
Yet last year, Murtech received $4 million in Pentagon work, all of it without competition, for a variety of warehousing and engineering services. With its long corridor of sparsely occupied offices and an unmanned reception area, Murtech's most striking feature is its owner -- Robert C. Murtha Jr., 49. He is the nephew of Rep. John P. Murtha, the Pennsylvania Democrat who has significant sway over the Defense Department's spending as chairman of the House Appropriations defense subcommittee.

Okay, luckily for him, I have no idea what this guys name is, but if it's me, I'm entering the witness protection program, asap.
I mean, come on! You're a dude and you faint at a Messiah President God-King's speech?
Hell, did Lazarus faint after Old Messiah raised him from the dead? Did Peter faint when the Old Messiah whipped up thousands of fish? Mary Magdelene didn't even faint after Old Messiah rose from the dead, and she was a she!!!!
Good lord, that's more faggy than passing out at an Air Supply album signing or wetting your pants when Marie Osmond enters the room.
Hell, I crapped my pants while waiting online for the fourth Harry Potter book, but luckily the pre-teens on line with me didn't notice until it was all over and I had my shiny new copy in my hot little hands.
Seriously, dude. You are lame.

Michelle Obama would like all of us to "eat cake," but first, we must have our own pastry chefs on 24 hour call. I can't afford one, Madame Obama, but perhaps, if your husband can send a bailout my way, I could swing it.
From the Washington Post:
"By DeNeen L. Brown
First lady Michelle Obama called her "current life" in the White House "a very blessed situation, because I have what most families don't have -- tons of support all around, not just my mother, but staff and administration. I have a chief of staff and a personal assistant, and everyone needs that."
"Everyone should have a chief of staff and a set of personal assistants," Obama said with a laugh as she spoke before a crowd of business executives meeting today during a "Corporate Voices for Working Families" conference at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington."
Sarah Palin was not able to comment on our wonderful First Lady's cheeky comments because, well, Sarah Palin is just a white trash idiot with a slutty daughter.

Okay, research kids...Wouldn't it be interesting to see how much time the media has committed to the Sarah Palin/Bristol Palin/Levi Johnson scandal as compared to the John Edwards/The Woman He Impregnated - and I don't know her name because the Media hasn't covered it?
I mean, Levi is on Larry King, the View, Tyra, all the morning shows and yet the Woman Knocked Up By John Edwards is given her precious privacy.
What's up with that?
Hmmm. I'm beginning to think the Media treats people differently.

I could be wrong, lord knows I almost always am, but see if you think I'm crazy on this one.
So, Leslie Stahl does a cozy little interview with Fightin' Joe Biden and he tells her that he's who he is, and dammit, he's not gonna change, because whatever he does or says comes from his honest happy zone...Not surprisingly, Leslie understands and agrees with good 'ol Fightin' Joe.
Really?
Is this the same Leslie Stahl who, like all the other Liberal water-carriers in the mainstream media, went ape-shit when George Bush said the exact same thing? About how he was who he was and he did things based on what he thought to be right?
I guess Leslie just didn't think GW's "right" was the right right. Right?
See for yourself:

I am shocked, but not surprised.
Not surprised because Manny always looked like a juicer (ahem, Big Papi & Pujols), but I am shocked that MLB had the balls to suspend him. Thought for sure they'd "lose" the sample or "forget" to check the results.

This is from Andy McCarthy at NRO. He is discussing the fallout from the Obama Air Force One "Flyover" in NYC last week that scared most of Manhattan shitless:
"Now the Obama administration frightens the living daylights out of lower Manhattan — causing building evacuations by people who thought a second 9/11 was underway — just so they can have an Air Force One photo op (imagine the carbon footprint!) and it's like Obama had nothing to do with it. If you read the news accounts, it's all Louis Caldera, who was summoned to the woodshed "to hear the President's displeasure" (as the WSJ put it) from Rahm Emanuel. Why do I think that if this had happened during the last administration, no one would know the name of the guy running the "White House Military Office"?"
Had GW done this, it would have ranked up there with Katrina as a blunder. The Jersey Girls would be on every channel, day-and-night talking about how GW had "killed our husbands all over again."
"WHAT INSENSITIVITY!!!" We would hear shouted from every media rooftop.
The folks on the Today Show and Good Morning America would be crying and holding their hands and telling them, "It's alright. We won't let this bad man, George Bush, get away with this outrage."
But since the Messiah was at fault, it's no problem. No big deal. Just some screwup by some flunkie in the White House Military Office.
Nothing to see, here.
Move along.
What a joke.

Okay Libs, pay attention!
Now, many of you ask me, "what's this Liberal Media Bias thing you keep talking about!?!?! I don't know what you mean!"
Well, instead of me explaining it, I thought it would be better if I just showed you:
Note the different responses to a President's entrance...
Any other questions?
